The challenge
From inboxes and spreadsheets to one source of truth
Funding consulting runs on deadlines, documents and handovers between sales and consultants. Every step needs the right people to see the right data - and AI assistance must never leak information or change records without a human.
What we built
Clickable first, then production-grade
We started with a clickable prototype on realistic sample data to settle the workflows with the team, then rebuilt it in React and Tailwind on a shared, tested business-logic core. Roles, quality gates and the AI layer are designed in from the start.
