This website uses no cookies and no tracking across sites. We measure visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that runs on our own server and stores no personal data. Fonts are also served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.

The site runs on our own server hosted by netcup GmbH in Germany. When you load a page, the server technically processes your IP address, the requested page, the time and your browser's user agent. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

To understand which pages are useful, we use Umami, an open-source analytics tool hosted on our own server (umami.applicure.io). It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses or other personal data: visits are counted anonymously (page, referring website, browser, device type and country), and visitors cannot be recognised across days or websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not shared with third parties.

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, the topics you select and your message. The form is sent via our email delivery provider Resend (EU sending region) to our mailbox hosted by Fastmail. If you email or call us directly, we process the details you give us in the same way.

We use this data only to answer your request and, if you hire us, to prepare and carry out the project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle them and delete them afterwards, unless statutory retention periods apply - for example for business correspondence once a contract is concluded.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU, this is based on an EU adequacy decision or the EU standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just email us at office@applicure.io.
