Service 01 · Custom web apps

Software shaped like your business.

Off-the-shelf tools make your team work the way the vendor imagined. We build CRMs, portals and internal tools around how you actually operate - and keep them fast as you grow.

One senior team designs, builds and runs it. You get weekly releases you can click, and at the end you own every line of code.

What we build

Tools your team actually wants to use

Sales

Custom CRM & pipelines

Pipeline stages, lead capture and follow-ups that match how your team sells - not a generic template.

e.g. web form → qualified lead → owner notified

Operations

Internal tools & admin panels

Back-office screens that replace spreadsheets and copy-paste: approvals, inventory, scheduling.

e.g. approval request → one-click decision

Customers

Customer & partner portals

Self-service portals where customers check orders, upload documents and reach you without email ping-pong.

e.g. orders, invoices and uploads in one login

Reporting

Dashboards & reporting

Live numbers from every system in one place, instead of a monthly copy-paste marathon.

e.g. Monday KPIs ready before the first coffee

Integrations

APIs & integrations

Your new tool talks to the ones you keep - accounting, ERP, email and payment providers.

e.g. deal closed → invoice created automatically

Migration

Legacy replacement

We move you off the ageing database or tangled spreadsheet without stopping daily work.

e.g. old and new run side by side until switchover

Good fit if

  • Your team works around a tool instead of with it
  • Critical data lives in spreadsheets and inboxes
  • You've outgrown no-code tools and plugins
  • Your workflow is an advantage and shouldn't look like everyone else's

Probably not if

  • An off-the-shelf tool already covers almost all of your process
  • It has to be live next week, without any scoping
  • Nobody on your side has time to give feedback during the build
  • The cheapest hourly rate matters more than the result

Fair questions

Why not just buy an off-the-shelf tool?

Often you should - and we'll tell you in week zero. Custom makes sense when your workflow is the advantage, when ten tools don't talk to each other, or when per-seat pricing grows faster than your team.

How long does a first version take?

A clickable prototype within two weeks, usable weekly releases from week three. The launch date is part of the written scope.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, infrastructure and documentation are yours, with no lock-in and no licence fees to us.

What happens after launch?

We monitor, fix and keep improving it on an optional retainer - or hand it over to your own team with full documentation.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped in week zero and gets a fixed price before we start. Changes are welcome - priced before they happen, never after.
